This is an important next stage in the progress of our Plan and takes us one step closer to the final point – a referendum in the village. The examiner now reads the draft Plan and the accompanying documents to check that we have provided good evidence for our policies and that they don’t contravene either Babergh’s Local Plan or the National Planning Policy Framework.
