Set up originally by Chris and Anne Francis in 1984, the Horticultural Show Committee have put on bi-annual shows for 35 years, interspersed with Summer Shows to accompany Village fetes.

The Spring Show features colourful Spring flowers along with Flower Arranging, Cookery, Photography and, recently included, Handicraft Sections.

The Autumn Show is an opportunity to show an abundance of Fruit and Vegetables , along with Flowers, Flower arranging, Fuchsias, Cookery, Drinks, Handicrafts and Photography.

We have classes in most sections for children and love to see their entries.

Our aim is for a friendly, welcoming Show, an opportunity to promote and enjoy the talent that we have in our community.
