- Welcome and Apologies for Absence – To receive and agree.
- Declarations of Interests and Dispensations – To receive any declarations of interest at this point and at any point during the Meeting and Dispensations (in advance of the Meeting).
- Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on the 9th January 2023 – To receive, consider and approve the Meeting Minutes, including the updated schedule of accounts for payment since the last Meeting. (Minutes attached and on website).
- Update/Matters Arising from the Minutes held on the 9th January 2023 – To receive and note any updates.

- Great Waldingfield Neighbourhood Plan Steering Committee – To receive an update and consider any matters.
- Transport Working Group – (Via Neighbourhood Plan Steering Committee) – To receive an update following on from Chilton Parish Council’s Meeting on the 16th January 2023 and to consider further.
- CIL (Community Infrastructure Levy) Working Party – To receive an update and consider further.
- Routine Correspondence Circulated – To consider any matters.
- Councillors External Meetings/Sessions/Attendance/Representation – To receive any updates and agree any matters.
- Planning and Development in Great Waldingfield (Details attached and on website).
To consider and make observations to the LPA (Local Planning Authority) on proposals received in the Parish Council’s consultee role. (Please view plans online in advance of the Meeting).

- DC/23/00049 – 14 Heathway – Erection of single storey rear extension (following demolition of conservatory.
- DC/22/06403 – 51 Bantocks Road – Conversion of existing floorspace into a separate self-contained annexe for short-term letting.

- Planning Decisions Received from the LPA –
- DC/22/05360 – Brandeston Hall, Lavenham Road – Discharge of Conditions Application for DC/21/05170 – Condition 5 (Fenestration) and Condition 6 (Rooflights) – To note that the LPA has approved this application.

- Chilton Woods Development (cross-boundary) – (Maiden Fields) – To receive an update/report from Councillor Rushton
13. Financial Matters
- Schedule of Accounts for Payment – To receive, consider and agree payments since the last Meeting. (To follow).
- Bank Reconciliations – January 2023 -To receive, consider and agree. (Attached).
- Footpath Number 11 – Suffolk County Council PROW (Public Rights of Way) – Rusty pole – To receive an update from PROW and to consider funding towards this.
- The Coronation of His Majesty The King – To consider the request received from the Events Working Group.
- Overhanging Trees Near to Bowls Club – To consider the quotation from the Council’s grounds maintenance contractor to cut back the overhanging tree branches.
- Final External Auditor Report – Limited Assurance Review – 31st March 2022 – To note completion.
- Additional Cost to the Village of Final External Auditor Report – Limited Assurance Review – 31st March 2022 – To note that following the formal objection by one resident to the Council’s External Auditor regarding the AGAR (Annual Governance and Accountability Return) Accounts that the extra cost for the limited assurance and additional work is £1,242.50 plus VAT.
- Urgent Finance Matters – To consider and agree any urgent finance matter after the agenda has been sent.

- Playing Fields – Play Equipment – Monthly Report – To receive a report regarding the risk assessment following visual checks and consider and agree any matters.

- Queens Diamond Jubilee Garden (QDJ) – To consider and agree any matters.

- Biodiversity Working Group Meeting – To receive an update following the Working Group’s recent site meeting with Suffolk County Council and the request for replacement signage near to the Bowls Club.
- Buses/Public/Community Transport for Village – To receive an update and consider any matters.
- HR & Complaints Committee – To consider another Councillor joining Councillors Berry, Francis, Rushton, and Williams.
- Great Waldingfield Village Shop – To note the complaint received from a local resident relating to environmental matters which has been forwarded to the District Council and the subsequent response.

- Resolution to Exclude the Public and the Press – The Public Bodies S.1 (2) (Admission to Meetings Act 1960) and the Local Government Act 1972 ss 100 and 102 (amended 2014). The Council is asked to consider and agree to exclude the Public since publicity would legally prejudice commercial sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Minutes of the Confidential Parish Council Meeting held on the 9th January 2023 – The Council is asked to receive, consider and approve the Meeting Minutes. (Minutes attached – Councillors only).
