DC/23/00573/LBC – Owl Cottage, The Street – Application for Listed Building Consent – Internal Works – to bedroom 4 replace plaster with timber battens plasterboard and plaster skim, install vent between chimney stack and plasterboard and repoint brickwork with lime mortar, reinstate chimney and install hearth stone, double lined flue and wood stove, install ventilation brick if necessary. Install stud wall with insulation behind double garage doors, works to electrics. Replace/repair lathes of lime plaster to wall opposite chimney. External works – remove impermeable paint to northwest, repoint with lime mortar and repaint with permeable paint in matching colour – All works as detailed in the Design and Access Statement – To note that the LPA has approved this application.

- Resolution to Exclude the Public and the Press – The Public Bodies S.1 (2) (Admission to Meetings Act 1960) and the Local Government Act 1972 ss 100 and 102 (amended 2014). The Council is asked to consider and agree to exclude the Public since publicity would legally prejudice commercial sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Minutes of the Confidential Parish Council Meeting held on the 13th March 2023 – The Council is asked to receive, consider, and approve the Meeting Minutes. (Minutes attached – Councillors only).
- Update/Matters Arising from Confidential Minutes held on the 13th March 2023 – The Council is asked to receive and note any updates.
- Parish Council Assets & Assets/Land Transfers/Leases (County Council) – The Council is asked to receive an update and agree the next steps.
- Succession Management – The Council is asked to consider the next steps regarding the recruitment and selection process.
- Staffing – Additional Hours – To agree.
- HR & Complaints Committee – The Council on behalf of the Committee is asked to consider in further detail, the correspondence received from a local resident on the 2nd March 2023.
