Village Hall

Great Waldingfield Village Hall (VH) is available for hire by residents of Great Waldingfield, non-residents, organisations and businesses. A multifunctional, modern space for regular bookings, parties and community groups with Premises Licence authorising the following regulated entertainment and licensable activities: Performance of plays; Showing of films; Indoor sporting events; Performance of live music; Playing of recorded music; Performance of dance / dancing; Making music; and Provision of hot food / drink. The hall has a licence with the Performing Rights Society for the performance of copyright music.

Public Liability (PL) insurance for individuals hiring the hall is included in the hire charge. Organisations, groups, societies, associations and business users must have their own PL Insurance cover for at least £5 million.

Charges per hour are: £12 for village residents; £17 for non- residents; and £24 for business use.
