Village Walk – Sat. 12th July

Nature Ramble. Meet 2pm at the village church.

 

We’ll do a circular walk to include pauses at some good places to see wildlife, whether flowers, butterflies or whatever may turn up.

 

Last month we completed the beating the bounds walks in the northern reaches of the parish.

 

NO walk in August.

 

Perhaps some wassailing in the autumn to celebrate our orchards.

 

Work has started to prepare a map and leaflet of walks around the village.

 

Pavements. Please do your bit to keep them clear for pedestrians by

1) Don’t block the pavement by parking on it.

2) Keep your hedge trimmed so as not to overhang the pavement; August is a good month to do this.
