Village Walk – Sunday 15th March
March Walk. Sunday 15th March.
Something a little different. We will meet and walk in the neighbouring village of Edwardstone. Meet 2pm at Edwardstone Church. We’ll do the usual 2 hours in a circular walk with some woods, lanes and interesting old buildings.
Update:
- We have been made aware of the floods on footpath FP4 by Anglian Water. This is due to rain running off the AW site and pooling at the bottom of their access track. We are trying to work with them to solve this issue.
- There is a new fence across the traditional access to the airfield just beyond the bowls club. This fence separates land belonging to Suffolk County council from that belonging to the grain store company. It is hoped that the path will then run through SCC land after some clearance work.
