November Village Walk – Sunday 15th

November Walk. Sunday November 15th. Meet 2pm at Assington Barn, the Street, Assington.

 

We visit another nearby village and walk local paths and woodland. The cafe at Assington Barn is open until 4pm, so we may call in after the walk if there is time. Or the Shoulder of Mutton pub is open until 7pm.

 

The October walk took us to Milden, one of our neighbouring villages. It was 4 miles, much of it on lovely lanes with good views and no traffic. Milden church itself is quite isolated and quaint with other interesting buildings along the way.
