The Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group is delighted to announce that we have secured a free Design Appraisal for the village done by AECOM. Because of Covid, they won’t be able to go round the village, but will do a virtual village walk to take note of all the different types of housing design we have in the village. There are quite a lot! They will be looking to see what the overall local character looks like and will produce a report to ensure that any future housing developments will fit with this. 82% of the survey responses said that this is what they wanted for any new housing.
