Wonderful News for Our Village and Its Heritage

The restoration of the wonderful mosaic Reredos in St Lawrence Church is complete.  It was made possible with a £102,237 grant from The National Lottery Heritage Fund and thanks to National Lottery players, its beauty and history have been reserved for future generations.

We are holding a Celebration Service on Sunday 24 May at 10.30am.  We are delighted to announce that The Rt Revd Dr Joanne Grenfell, Bishop of St Edmundsbury & Ipswich will be presiding.  Everyone is welcome, and after the service you can learn more about the restorationand enjoy some refreshments!
