June Walk. Saturday June 15th. ‘Flower Power’. Meet 2pm at the village post office. We’ll have a short walk – 1-2 hr – looking at grassy areas and the wildlife they hold, especially flowers.
Last month we had a longer walk in lovely weather, looking over the parish from higher ground to the north.
A number of farmers north of Sudbury have joined the ‘wool towns farm cluster’. A nature recovery plan has funding to restore wildlife areas here and improve the green corridors that link them.
