      • DC/22/00384 – Badgers, Clay Hall Lane – Application for a Non-Material Amendment relating to DC/20/04836 – Change of Materials and re-design of single storey rear extension. Juliet balconies removed from scheme. Existing oriel windows at first floor to the rear elevation to be replaced with flush casement windows – To note that the LPA has approved this application.
    • Pre-Planning Policy – To consider and adopt. (Attached and on website).
    • Chilton Woods Development (cross-boundary) – (Maiden Fields) – To receive the written report/update from Councillor Rushton. (Attached and on website).

  4. Litter Picking Equipment – To note receipt of 25 litter pickers (including 5 child litter pickers) and bag holders received via funding bids to the District Council.

    3. Playing Fields Working Group (Sports and Recreational Working Group) – To agree membership (and any other Councillors who would like to join the Group) and appoint a Chair. (Currently Councillors Berry, Francis, and Williams).

  5. Resolution to Exclude the Public and the PressThe Public Bodies S.1 (2) (Admission to Meetings Act 1960) and the Local Government Act 1972 ss 100 and 102 (amended 2014). The Council is asked to consider and agree to exclude the Public since publicity would legally prejudice commercial sensitivity and confidentiality.
